Background

I've spent 15+ years in product leadership. I've built and scaled teams at Dixa↗, Stravito↗, Meo↗, and Coinify↗. The through-line: figuring out what actually matters, and getting everyone aligned around it.

The hardest part was always selling what we build while building what we sell. Holding a multi-year vision while shipping this quarter.

Then AI changed what one person could do. I moved past syntax and started writing specs. The bottleneck shifted from technical skill to imagination. I could own product, design, and engineering at once.

These days, I build small games with my 8-year-old. She reminds me what matters most: the ability to imagine something that doesn't exist yet.
